loves eggs! They can be easily cooked in many different ways and consumed for
breakfast, lunch or even dinner. Eggs are also often referred to as one of the
healthiest foods for the heart. It is one of those food groups that most people
feel like they are eating everything but actually aren't.
Over
the last several years, egg consumption has increased dramatically in some
parts of the country but decreased in others, especially as people's diets have
changed to more fresh fruits and vegetables. As a result, egg consumption has
dropped.
But
how does an egg help a healthy heart? There are two main things about eggs that
we should know. The first thing is that they contain all the important

for our bodies in general.

our daily protein requirements. And these eggs can be very high in cholesterol,
which is also very good for our bodies.

addition, eggs are great for reducing blood pressure and cholesterol. They
reduce blood pressure by reducing stress on the arteries. And they also help
reduce cholesterol by increasing HDL cholesterol, which is a type of
cholesterol that is less likely to build up in the arteries.
Egg
whites are also very good for our bodies. They contain a protein called egg

the morning, I usually eat one egg on toast, or half an egg in an omelette.
Sometimes I like to have them with a salad. I've even used them in soup a
couple of times. I love them plain with just a little salsa, on top of a slice
of toast, and just with water.
The
other day, I was out walking with my friend who is diabetic and he had some
yolk left over from a pastrami sandwich. I asked him what he preferred instead
of toast and he told me they have egg fried chicken.
I'm
not a fried chicken kind of guy at all and didn't think much about it. But he
explained to me that egg fried chicken is a real delicacy in New England. So I
gave it a try.
It

Eggs
really can go well with white bread, and vice versa. You can also eat them with
your favorite sandwich, on crackers or even as a side dish with a salad. Just
make sure you don't mix up one with a sandwich or salad you don't care for, or
vice versa.
Egg
salad may be the best side dish you ever had with any kind of sandwich. I have
made some delicious eggs salad recently. and it's actually a good lunchtime
